How long does it take to ship an item out?
We fulfill and ship packages daily. Expected processing time can range from 1-3 business days. Each order will include a tracking code once your order is sent out.
How do I track my order once it has shipped out?
An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email, or check the My Account section on the website.
How do I return my item?
If you would like to return any non-personalized piece within 14 days of purchase, please email info@heirjewelz.com to start the return process. We will then send you a shipping form so you can send back the item you are returning. Once this item is received we will refund your original form of payment.
What if I need extra help or advice about my purchase?
